For more than a decade, Eartha Dumond, Director of Medicaid Eligibility, has worked with seniors, caregivers, and families to help them qualify for Medicaid long term care services and pay for long-term care services. Eartha Dumond first started her career working with seniors as an Information and Referral Specialist in Aging and then Medicaid Benefits Counselor and Supervisor in Broward County. She has helped thousands of seniors qualify for Medicaid long term care eligibility. She is currently attending Florida International University to pursue her masters degree in social work.
