For more than a decade, Erta Dumond, Director of Medicaid Eligibility, has worked with seniors, caregivers, and families to help them qualify for Medicaid long term care services and pay for long-term care services. Erta Dumond first started her career working with seniors as an Certified Information and Referral Specialist in Aging and Disability services then Medicaid Benefits Counselor Supervisor at Aging and Disability Resource Center Broward County. She has helped thousands of seniors qualify for Medicaid long term care eligibility. She is currently attending Florida International University to pursue Bachelor degree in social work.
